Cancellation & Refund Policy

Taxclan provides professional, service-based solutions including Tax filing, GST, Accounting, Registrations, and compliance. Most of the services require expert involvement, documentation review, and government submissions. Because service time by the expert or peofessionals cannot be reversed, refunds and cancellations are limited and governed by the terms below.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Service Initiation

    • You may request cancellation before service begins; however:

      • A cancellation fee 25% may be charged

      • Gateway charges will be deducted

      • Any consultation or time spent before cancellation is billable

  • After Service Initiation

    • No cancellations are permitted after work has begun.

 

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Government Fee (Non-Refundable)

    • Any fees paid to government portals, departments, or statutory bodies—including challans, penalties, taxes, and application fees—are not refundable under any circumstances.

  • No Refund After Service Work Begins

    • Refunds cannot be issued once:

      • Our team has started reviewing your documents

      • Advisory, consultation, or guidance has been provided

      • Government portal submission has started

      • Any part of the service has been worked on or delivered

      • Professional time once spent cannot be reversed.

  • Non-Refundable Situations

    • Refunds will NOT be provided when:

      • User changes their mind

      • Delay occurs due to missing/incorrect documents

      • User submits wrong information leading to rejection

      • Government systems delay or reject the application

      • Penalties arise due to late user response

      • User purchases the wrong service

      • User becomes unresponsive for 7+ days

      • Service steps have already started

      • Government fees/challans already paid cannot be recovered

      • Subscription-based services have been partially used

  • Eligible Refund Cases (Limited)

    • Refunds will only be considered if:

      • Taxclan fails to start the service due to internal issues

      • The paid service cannot be delivered from our side

      • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical/payment error

      • Duplicate payments were made

      • Each case will be reviewed by our billing team.

  • Refund Processing Time Line

    • If a refund is approved:

      • 5–10 working days → review & validation

      • 7–15 working days → amount reflects in your bank account

      • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source.

        • Full Name

        • Registered Mobile/Email

        • Order ID

        • Payment Proof

        • Reason for Refund Request

  • FINAL DECISION

    • Taxclan reserves the right to approve or reject refund/cancellation requests based on internal review.

    • All decisions will be final and binding.
